Where in Morroblivion can I find "safe containers" to store items like an alchemist's set and ingredients or spare arrows? I could put something in them and wait a few days, but I feel lazy.
How come the world is populated with many impractical magical items of low power but occasionally a good price? Stuff like fortify attribute by 5 for 10 seconds, uses 5 and smaller charge than a lesser gem? Casting this takes effort and gives no perceivable benefit. What is their place?
Then there are impossible spells: Telekinesis 25ft for 5s on Self. As far as I know it should be cast on Target, and doesn't do anything on Self. Or Warden's Ring - Dispel 75 for 1s on Target, Constant Effect, which is a combination that also doesn't do anything.
Has Sneak been nerfed in Morroblivion? I seem not to be able to sneak up to people as well. And there are situations where my detection crosshair is bright, but nobody is attacking me yet.
How come the lowly scamp requires +1 arrows to hit, doesn't shoot fire, and runs in slow motion?
Mannammu F/G quest - The Verethi Gang - gives the money reward twice if the target has been killed in advance, and I click on all the associated dialog choices.
Why is the Seyda Neen Census Office so dark? I've opened Morrowind and it looked normal there. Other similar interiors in Morroblivion are normally lit. Since everyone has seen it, there has to be a reason for it.
Detect Creatures Potion - I sold it while getting rid of other unremarkable potions. The delivery is on the opposite side of the map, and I spent a long time on the road. I tried retracing my steps to traders, but there are too many. Why isn't it "protected" and how to continue the Mages Guild quest line now?

A: Almost anywhere.. outside Balmora housing for example.
Has Sneak been nerfed in Morroblivion?
A: This has been answered in depth somewhere on this forum, BUT it's Morrowind... it wasn't created for the way Oblivion handles sneak, in short, it's much harder to sneak/steal, try the theives guild for example.
Why is the Seyda Neen Census Office so dark?
A: This is fixed in Dagger Galore experimental or the Morrowind Lighting Overhaul on the Dagger Galore nexus page. "experimental has it merged + other fixes" checkout here.
The Detect Creature Potion, FG Quest and Scamp are all bugs, The scamp is related to Speed attribute I wanna say.. and is probably caused by it using a Oblivion Model/Skeleton with stats optimized for a Morrowind Model/Skeleton... A fun way to test this is setting a Imp Speed 10 points higher and watch it flutter around :P ....
Magic is a mess, and items balance/clutter and Armor.
Ok, it's a bug. Can I use a cheat to get the potion back or otherwise progress in the quest to return it?
Overall, I think it was too easy to sneak in Oblivion indoors. I'm still in the 60s, and maybe it will get better.
Morroblivion Improved has a Balmora player home, I re-opened the nexus page.
I solved the problem with the missing potion using this cheat:
