Morroblivion

Argh, please can somebody help? I have installed Morroblivion for Bloodmoon and of course, the original Morrowind and I also installed the mod which adds the boat to Bravil. After telling the man that I want a ride on his boat I get a loading screen. After that I find myself at the beginning location of Morrind. The only problem... Instantly after loading the interior of the boat, the game crashes! The HUD and interface don' properly load... the game just crashes as soon as I see that interior. Can somebody please help? Thanks, Daniel. PS: I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate
