I just downloaded Morroblivion and I've had a ton of issues getting it to work.A lot of crashing/no objects/save game/floating in the air after talking to the guy at the docks in Anvil and I couldn't get Bloodmoon to convert. After a couple of hours of trying to find solutions to all these problems this is what has fixed almost all the problems I've had.
PLEASE NOTE: I can't guarentee that this will work for everyone, this is just what worked for me.
After downloading Morroblivion follow the URL below to set-up the Morroblivion.INI file
http://morroblivion.com/forums/morroblivion/bugs-issues/219
After having done that give ESP_conv and NIF_conv administrator privileges by Right Click->Properties->Compatibility->Then click the box next to "Run this program as an adminstrator" then click OK.Repeat these steps for both.(This should fix some of the error messages you get ie "can't create xxx" and any Bloodmoon related crashes of the ESP_conv.)
Now run the ESP_conv.It should run perfectly now.
Next download Oblivion Mod Manager and install it.Once that is installed open the folder its in (usually in your Oblivion folder) and give the OblivionModManager application adminstrator privileges as well. While you're still in your Oblivion folder give the same admin privileges to the Oblivion application (.exe) and the Oblivion Launcher application. Now go to the Morrowind folder and do the same thing with the Morrowind application and the Morrowind Launcher.(This should prevent the UAC on Vista from messing with your save games.)
Run the Oblivion Mod Manager and organize the load order like this:
Oblivion.esm
Morrowind_ob.esm
Bloodmoon_ob.esm
Tribunal_ob.esm
NOTE:This is just how I have it organized, I'm sure there are other ways as well.
Now just run your Oblivion and under Data Files click the boxes next to the Morrowind, Bloodmoon and Tribunal Esm's and enjoy!
NOTE:I've noticed that the CNME v1.4 mod is related to a lot of the crashing issues I've had, especially with travelling inside of Morrowind. After arriving in Morrowind (if your game crashes) just turn it off until you want to leave again. If I can figure something out to fix this I'll post it here.
