Help Me Convert?
I have Vista Home Premium 64-bit on my laptop. I tried converting the files after I read the readme and what was posted on the site. It says Files cannot be created. The default folders on mine are Program Files (x86), does that have anything to do with it? Idk, maybe I'm just putting the ( ; ) in the wrong place. Please help me if you have any words of advice for a fellow elderscrolls Fanatic/Lover. Mannaan wrote:

Have you installed it into a program files location cause if you have vista has issues allowing people to do sucha thing. it doesn't like people playing with files in the program files directory. its supposed to stop viruses from doing anything and the like... anyways you could try turning off all UAC and things like that and giving it a go again. i don't remember if that shut that off. either that or you will have to install oblivion outside the program files area.... at least i think its program files maybe windows directory too or something i don't think it does that for all of the c drive. anyways if that doesn't help i would suggest reading through the morroblivion ini and making absolutle sure its all right. I mixed something minor up and didn't pay enough attention to it to see that was the problem. otherwise i don't know you could try posting what you have written in your ini file and seeing if anyone could tell you whats wrong. Hope that helps! Tarythiel ~
