Took about 12 hours in total, its all ready for ingame use, using mudcrab skeleton warped.
These will hide under ash, only their antenna being visible up close, but Id rather not have them too aggressive, once again the mudcrab is ideal in all ways here.
I created 2 versions, clean, and ash encrusted, needs some experimenting.

Damn, that's awesome! One more creature down :)
How do we "hide" it under sand? Going to need some mega effects for that!
Watch mudcrab animations. They continuously bury themselves in mud, and in this case, ash shalk is flatter, so it will completely dissappear.
Looks great, I don't have anything else to add other than I bet it'll probably look even better ingame. (Shame on your crappy renders your model deserves more!
)
I never render models these days other than for portfolio or testing skin shaders, skyrim engine will turn it to poop.
wait thats a lie, i rendered the ash vamp, but still...
Damn you Gamebryo Engine and your crappy rendering!!! Anybody want to help me port Morrowind into the Unreal Engine 4?
MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! Let's port both Skywind and Skyblivion to UE4 :D
It's AMAZING! But that's nothing new for you. You might be getting sick of constant praise so allow me to balance with some hate.
You're a jerk and your face is stupid.
Do you feel more balanced now?
JK You're my hero.
Nice one
