Pretty sure this is the right place to have this. Anyway, even though it says in my quest journal that I am eligible for the initiate rank in the Temple I can't advance rank(I've talked to a few leaders and they tell me to do more duties before I can advance), and since I've done all the quests I can until the leaders tell me I have to be Curate rank to get more duties from them. I can't advance in the Temple story either. Please help.

Can you type in console "sqv fbmwTTAdvancement" and post the results?

Interesting. Do you remember which Temple quests you have done and in which order? Did you use any console commands?
Also, can you post your load order?
I can't give names at the top of my head but, all the ones in Ald'ruhn,Vivec,Molag Mar till they told me to be curate. And in what order?

Console Commads. Nothing related to the Temple but, had to set a quest stage once for a Mage's guild duty, Made all my misc skills and blunt 100. And tcl a couple times to get unstuck.
Not sure about my load order. I know what you're talking about, I've never used a mod manager before though.
Go into you Completed Quests in In_Game Control Panel, will have the Order you did the Quest in.
You Load Order is what is Loaded into WB.

EDIT:Started a new game yesterday and was able to reach initiate rank then acolyte rank after sleeping a couple times to level and having done the seven graces and starting compassion. He was maxed out barring a couple attributes(Did this with Console Commands). Load order from the save game as WB tells me it is

Same goes for the character with the problem I'm having. To my knowledge I have provided as much information as I can and properly. I haven't done such, please tell me and how to provide such.
I think at this point you'll have to use the following command:
set fbmwTTAdvancement.TempleAdvancement to 3
Then talk to NPC to get the next rank.
