Morroblivion

Both Cesare and Corpus X have been working hard on the project for awhile now. Their daily tasks often involve processing volunteer applications and as such, moderation privileges will hopefully make this a more streamlined and take the burden off Mace and other moderators to keep the forms in the right sections. Their new statuses should take effect in the next couple of days.

On top of that, both have been shown to be nice people with decent(ish?) :P judgment and are a boon to the community here. Not much should change in the day to day, especially since we're lucky to not need much moderation on the site here, but I'm happy to welcome them into the new position on behalf of the team.
