Morroblivion

I'm having trouble when running the ESPConverter.exe The version I downloaded is 0.98b Most of the time it goes up to the point where it says Saving Cell (xx,xx), but it always hangs at that point. For example just now, it hung at Saving Cell (11,15), and gives me the message ....error creating temporary file! Press enter.... I have never got it to run to a point where it says it is complete Is this normal? I tried running the game anyway, with the Anvil ship mod. I ended up swimming with a bunch of other npc's in what it said was Seyda Neen. I have OBMM and raised the load order of all the ..._ob.esm files to the top.
