Is anyone else having an issue where 99% of the NPC's that aren't guards are all wearing only underwear?

yes
yeah i am too. i got it when i downloaded that mod thats supposed to fix loads of the clothes. i was wandering wether it was also because i got the mod that added loads of normal maps. maybe they conflict?
