Too many cells converting TR

I have Morroblivion working quite well, but I run into the same issue each time I try to convert TR. At certain point during the conversion, the message "too many cells" or "too many interiors" appear. I suppose TR reaches the limit of convertible cells when you've alrealdy converted Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon. Anyone here has converted maps 1 and 2 of TR with success? I've tried only with map 1, once reinstalling Morroblivion from scratch and other times reinstalling over Morro/Trib/Bood. No success. Any clues?

It's a good question. I tried as well with the new GUI. While I did not get the too many cells error, I did get too many weapons, too many interiors, too many npcs etc. None of these caused a crash, but they did cause me to transfer into a blue-gray cell of emptiness where I float for all eternity if I tell the guard I want to go to Morrowind. I'll be trying to fix it, and if I find a solution I will let you know. ;)
