Has anyone converted a mesh file from other mod of morrowind?

I wanted to convert a mask from this mod http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Det... When i converted it i can see the mask in the game, but when i equiped it it doesnt show or it shows upside down. Anyone could help me?

Doesn't surprise me, you should try to open the ESP on the CS and specify the body part in this case is Hair or Head, and don't forget there's an Item and a Clutter object, the Item is the one you equip for example : Helmet.NIF and the Clutter is the one you can drop in the world for example : Helmet_gnd.NIF and finally the Icon (the thing in your inventory) that's just a DDS image, if you have Photoshop you can make a new Icon or use the old one for example : Helmet.DDS You need to check all this in the CS or even re-made the whole thing.
