Morroblivion

When I run the file "changer" it say it can't find morrowind files despite the fact that I've got it on my PC with multiple saves. I've read this issue many times on this site, & all the advice that has ever been given amounts to," it works for me", which does nothing to explain anything. I have placed the file EVERYWHERE, & I truly mean that, everywhere! Everywhere suggested, even putting them in the same file so they're neighbors, nothin Nothin NOTHING! Morroblivion does not work on my (modest yet quite decent) PC. Now please understand that, if it wasn't for the modding community, Oblivion would be an area of dramatically low pressure, in other words, SUCKS! But you the people have made this game worth playing (Modders rule the Earth, Sea, & Sky!!!!!) Bethesda owes you mass cash for your contributions! But I digress, So my question is, since Morrowblivion 98B refuses to work on my PC, will there be an updated version that overcomes my PC's ignorance, or shall I never know the grooviness that is Morroblivion? If answers there be, let them be new & insightful, & effective. If no answers there be, you all still rule excessively! Thank your parents for your birth for me. HAIL!
