How long does this take?

Please note that, even though I may be a complete idiot, I am no n00b when it comes to modding. And yet.... HOW LONG CAN IT TAKE TO FINISH "SAVING INTERIOR CELLS"?!?! The converter's been doing it overnight and still won't finish! It hasn't crashed or anything, but is it normal? If so, how much longer do I have to wait?

My conversion was less than

My conversion was less than a hour (maybe 30-40 minutes). And it was in the background. I believe it's something wrong (even if you have slow PC it should not take more than 3-4 hours), or its the matter of defragmentation (these files are big) //Athlon 5600+, 2Gb RAM, ATI 3660 512 Mb
