Importing/Converting non-official mods...

I've got a mod I was working on for Morrowind ages ago. It takes one modder's mesh set, and another's texture set, and makes them work together. The end result is MTG's Mixed Daedric and Indoril Armor fused with VagabondAngel's alternative Ordinator armour. So, no official Bethsoft meshes/textures are used. As soon as I about finished the mod, I got Oblivion. So I feel my time was wasted. I just wonder if there's any way I could convert the mod to Oblivion? I've tried just adding the finished files to Oblivion's Construction Set, obviously I just got missing body parts. I hope what I'm asking for is legal, but if it's not, I understand. I'd just like to see my old armour on a mannequin in Oblivion, as a little tribute to how I used to while away the hours. Also...... some introduction that was. I'm new here, and interested in the project. So, hi everyone.

Hi and welcome
I'm wrestling with importing mods myself, but have you tried running the ESP Convertor and telling it to out put to "mymod" file, that should generate the meshes and textures I would think. edit the morroblivion ini to be something like c:\the folder where my mod is (unarchved) c:\output folder Does that make sense?
