Yeah hi i'm frankie tubesteaks. I've been checking skyblivion out for a while and I really love the idea of oblivion with skyrim's engine and combat so here's my questions.
1. which mods will work on it? Like will oblivion mods work or skyrim mods?
2. When will this be released? (just an estimated date/year)
3. are there going to be oblivions weapons and characters in it or skyrims?
4. is it going to use oblivions menu/map/etc?

I might not have a correct answer to any of your questions but just to not leave you hanging here with your questions so will I try to explain to the best of my abilities and of what I know...
Hi Frankie!
1. Basically the renewal of oblivion in skyrim (Skyblivion) will be oblivion-objects, items, quests, voice-acts, and so on but converted into skyrim (some things maybe updated with new textures and/or remodeled). So basically all mods that will interfear with the scrips and stuff (cannot explain in detail here) will probably make some kind of issue.
2. No one knows for sure. Since the renewal of SkyWind (Morrowind in Skyrim) is in focus at the moment and Skyblivion will not be continued with full effect until SkyWind is finnished and released. And from what I have understood; Skywind might take a year more or so, I don't know for sure, do not know exactly how far its progress have come, others may know better than me.
3. All characters in the Oblivion game will be redone in the creation kit of Skyrim and to look like they do in Oblivion as much as possible (with skyrim-models of course).
Weapons will probably be remade, yes.
4. It will use Skyrims map/menu-style. (the flying overview camera). But maybe it can be a nice extra to make a equipable map to look at (there is a mod for that for Skyrim).
