Hey I don't really know what to do with generic npcs like Marauder Boss etc.. I just done the main Npcs for each of the Races, Here are all the races I have done so far with Nord Males http://www.mediafire.com/?jd9xf7q7a5wq1i3
Do you think someone experienced with models could convert over the Oblivion hairstyles? I've seen mods on the Nexus that have done just that, except with modded Oblivion hairstyles, so I know that it is possible. That way the NPCs would look much more similar to their Oblivion counterparts.

Any thoughts?
Just remember, there's a risk of getting banned if you contact someone on the Nexus regarding this project. It does sound like a good idea though.
Well, I wasn't suggesting that we get someone else to do it. I was just using the Nexus as an example showing that it can be done. Actually now I really kind of want to see some of those hairstyles in Skyrim. I bet they look a lot better with the much improved Skyrim faces.
I only converted the main npcs for the races I have done so far. I am currently converting the generic npcs for the races and when I finish that I will start Dark Elf Females :))
Nords are turning out well :))

I think that they look great

But, shouldn't you wait for the hair to be converted over.....
