balmora eastern guard tower wall - no collision

when you walk up the stairs in balmora at the eastern guard tower, there is no collision and the you can walk right through the wall.

Suran guard tower also has this issue...

its the same mesh as the balmora eastern guard tower

Balmora eastern guard tower collision has been fixed. Meshes are in the following link, just extract to Skyrim data directory. Already merged with latest dev:
